Pool Deck & Lanai for your Siesta Key property
Pool decks and screened lanais on Siesta's rentals rarely dry out between afternoon storms, so frame corners blacken and the deck slickens under the constant sea spray. We soft wash the mesh and frame, then clean pavers, coping, and waterline as one system so the growth does not simply move to the next surface.
Siesta Key, FL at a glance
Siesta Key's famous quartz-sand beach draws visitors year-round, and its mix of vacation rentals and waterfront homes sits directly in the salt air. Constant humidity and sea spray coat lanais, railings, roofs, and pavers with salt film, algae, and mildew. Frequent soft-washing keeps island properties and rental turnovers looking their best without damaging delicate coastal finishes.
As an unincorporated barrier island, Siesta Key's quartz-sand beaches and public services fall to Sarasota County.
The nonstop salt film island homes fight is driven by the same bay moisture that feeds the tropical collections across the water at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
Visitors packing the island's rentals often pair the beach with a mainland original, The Circus Arts Conservatory.
How we get pool deck & lanai right
Sarasota pool decks turn slippery under live-oak shade and Gulf humidity long before the season is over, and a slick deck around water is more than an eyesore - it is a fall risk. We clean the deck surface, the coping along the waterline, and the screened lanai as one system, clearing the growth out of travertine, pavers, stamped concrete and Kool-deck texture without etching the stone or sending chemistry into the pool. A quick walk of the deck tells us which surface is actually soiling, and we quote the whole job flat before we start so there are no surprises on the day.
Every Siesta Key job starts with an upfront, flat quote and finishes with workmanship you can count on.
